Make a scam report then?

I placed an order with plaincamron666 several days ago for players for my minecraft server. He has completed and closed his old forum topic and Ignored me all day today. Keeps telling me he will do it and if he could do it tomorrow. I say okay and give him the benefit of the doubt. But now I was ignored all day today when he said he would do it for me today (Sunday) and nothing again.

Now I try to find his forum post and it's gone/completed.

I either want my players or I will be opening a scam report in plaincamron666 Camron. I don't like playing these games.

I get the feeling I should be happy that I didn't make an actual purchase with him. He did a small player ad for like 10 players for free and was going to try out a $5 ad with him. Turns out he just advertises on other servers according to the few players to had join my game. Became a red flag for me, along with some comments like the ones above. I bet he got banned on the server(s) that he has advertised on.
