Player Heads Plugin

Looking to purchase a custom plugin that allows players to get other players heads when they kill them.
I'd like to be able to set the % for a head to drop, and the base value for the head.
For example, heads drop 50% of the time a player is killed by another play, and then can be sold for $5.
As a player gets kills, and doesn't die, there head increases in value.
I'm aware this exists on other servers but I can't find any reliable plugin to use.
