Playerbase Increase | Factions

Hello, my name is Cloudened.

About:
I'm an Administrator on a factions server, and I'm working on it with a friend. It's slowly processing and is pretty good. At first, we started out strong with 30 players, but then players started to fade down to what know marks our 5 playerbase.

What am I asking for?:
Simple. I'm asking for a playerbase increase, and I'm willing to pay a lot. As of now, I'd like to stay around $50, but I can go up or down. My idea as to what a good playerbase would be is about 35+ players online a day, and I'd prefer to be committed to playing on my server. I do not want bots, I want real players who actually enjoy my server.
