Please Help - Regarding Payment Methods

Hi there, MC-Market Community!

I am thinking about purchasing a rank upgrade (Probably Supreme) but I can't use PayPal to purchase it for myself, I can only gift it to someone using PayPal, not get it for myself. Using an alt account to do that is also against the rules. How can I purchase it for myself using PayPal?
