I'm creating this post because I've seen a lot of people doing wrong things on this thread like attacking other people selling servers, and stuff like that I would like to say that if you have something to say or you've been scammed by the person CREATE A SCAM REPORT. Another thing I constantly see is servers that are really small that think they can get like thousands of dollars, and if you think you can get thousands of dollars for a server that has 5 players, please don't post here cause your just gonna get laughed at. Also when selling servers it should be mandatory that you have buycraft stats, player average, and all the necessary things that a buyer would like to see. When selling a setup make sure that you include permission from the builder that built the spawn, and whatever else.

Very true, but it stops people from world downloading and maybe the owner isn't on this site and no one really notices it.

Kinda, if you can prove that you purchased it, you should be fine. The face that you have to ask someone permission to use something you bought already is stupid IMO.

US copyright law (and that of many/most other developed countries) is clear in that the copyright of commissioned work belongs to the commissioner. That is to say, if you paid someone to construct something on your servers, it is unequivocally yours.
