Plugin dev - Investment

Hey.

A couple of weeks back, I made a thread looking for dev's, I got 3 replies, two of them could hardly speak english, and the other was taking to long.

I know I am asking for a lot, but I do not have the funds to pay after creation of the custom plugins I need either:

You make the plugins and I you wait until the server starts to get profit, you get payed back with interested.
You make the plugins and you receive a donation cut from the server for a couple of months.

I have a OG business and my co-owner owns a successful server, so if things were to go awry, those would be the last things to pay you.

There are three custom plugins needing made, they will cost a sum of around $100 to make, I'm offering $140 from donations.
