Depending on what plugin it is so if its a large plugin 2-3 hours at the latest.

I will not be sending first i will require payment first

2. Price you offer or if you willing to pay a price for e.g You want medium plugin $7-10 doller
3. When its done you send paypal to my email.
4. Send it as friends and family
5. I send you the plugin and wish you a nice day
