Plugin Description:It adds custom enchants like 12 or so that you can buy with xp form a sign in a shop there will be 3 tiers tier 1 is level 1 books tier 2 is level 2 books tie 3 will be level 3 books so like a book that called speed gos on boots and speed 1 speed 1 speed 2 speed 2 speed 3 speed 3 (I will give you the books names and what they do just pm me)
