You know how there are a of these scams threads about various bullshit. Well how about if we were to do something similar to HF and make users have at least one positive rating before they are able to create a thread?

Could be wrong, just a suggestion.

I am on ehm. HackForums and I have 362 Re.. Fuck that I mean when I had 0 rep I was able to make threads in the marketplace bruh.

I think there is a positive rating rule and also a post amount rule...
