Long story short, my laptop broke a few months ago so I've been using a Macbook Air from school ever since and it's shit. I have to give back my mac next week and this is the PC I've been thinking of getting along with a cheap gaming keyboard and mouse. Please give me your opinions and tips on saving money, better parts, etc... Thank you!

The monitor is very good but I really want something cheaper for a monitor but want to still have it at 144hz.
