PracticePvP or KitPvP server.

So recently I have been getting bored just sitting around doing nothing. I would like to get a practicepvp server because anytime I do really play minecraft its practicepvp. I am not looking for anything very special just to do what it needs to do.

Something I would like:
A map for spawn (PvP included while jumping off of spawn)
Auto chest regen
Duel (Possibly 1v1's and 2v2's)
KoTH (Possibly)
A few donor ranks
Custom plugins for auto chest regen and duels

So far this is all I am wanting I dont have the biggest budget but just tell me what you guys would charge and I can possibly make it work.
