To be Honest These Guys are Wrong. Hire a Full time Dev off Minecraft Forums they'll do it for free or pay one a one time fee and have a contract. The Builds would cost the most, Id say 400$ at max or more if you do build commissions rather than sniping builds on MCM that you need.

Very skilled developers these days cost a lot to hire... unless you are looking for a person that doesn't even know everything about plugins

Not really the Dev I started using is cheap fast and effective. Most devs quoted me over $90 for the plugins I'm having made at. He is doing it for 45 and is spot of what I asked for
