Prison Plugins!

Hi i am in need of a few plugins, I need to know an estimate and someone who could possibly do it for me!

The first one is when you mine you have a bunch of ores and stuff and with this you can just sell all super quickly.

Pictures:

This plugin uses permissions for each shop so a person from A cant sell in Z. This also is configurable, Would anyone be able to do this for me?
Usage: /shop <Name>

The second plugin is just if someone knows what it is. I cant find it xD

I'd be able to make the first one most likely. it depends on the price you are willing to pay for it though.

The second plugin presumably gives a player points when they vote, which they can redeem later?

The second plugin is just part of Votifier - "Lucky Votes"
