I'm starting to do free plugins for people if you're interested. The only thing is I will be reselling the plugin I make for you. That's the only downside of free plugins, though.

People like that still do exist. There may be premium plugins out there, but that's because developers work their butts off and deserve a reward for their time and effort. Look at Bukkit's repository, there are tens of thousands of free plugins out there, and there are some that could be sold for 10, 20, or 50 dollars, but aren't.
Especially things like Bukkit, BungeeCord, Spigot, Essentials, and other things like that. People volunteer their time for this.
