Prisons v. Skyblock

I can probably predict what most of you guys are going to say about this: "both gamemodes are too used and old"

Ignoring all of that, which do you think has more popularity in general? I'm thinking of opening a server focused on one of these two gamemodes, and I'm not really sure which one would be more successful.

SkyBlock is almost like factions, its filled with afk grinding, complicated laggy farms and unneeded alt accounts. While prisons takes much less CPU and its a lot harder to afk grind, meaning players that are currently playing are most definitely online. But when you're making a server don't just look at what's more popular, the popularity chain changes all the time, one month prisons can be the most popular gamemode on Minecraft but the next month someone could get an awesome idea for Skyblock and bump SkyBlock to first place, or something stupidly crazy could happen like pewdipie starting a series on SkyBlock could bump prison all the way down popularity wise. So just make what you think you could make well and what you would like to manage and host, that's the best gamemode
