This server will host a creative world and survival world with a max of 10 (averaging 3-4 probably) people online at one time. Running about 10-12 plugins in total. How much RAM should I be looking for when purchasing a server?

Also if someone can point me in the direction of a good hosting service that can do that it'd be great.

2-4 gigs I think is what you would need depending how intensive the plugins are. As far as hosting goes, Clovux, PebbleHost and @vahosting are all good mc providers. But, if your looking to go the vps route for this, I can provide that for you and give you a good deal as well, Scroll32#8539.

As has been suggested already, 4GB RAM should be sufficient for this.
