Brief Introduction about meHello there, My name is Matt as you may have noticed. I am 15 years old and live in England [Timezone - GMT--0], in Nottingham (If you don't know where that is, it is a part of the Midlands) I am pretty much here today to look for someone that is interested in taking on a person that works to succeed and gain along the way. My passion is Minecraft I can say that and people may think it is childish but it is true. Minecraft is what helped me learn the basic rules of business and how to manage a company to keep it's customers (Players in this case) happy and making the company succeed along with it. I am not here to just be a manager for a minecraft server in fact I am here for a career some what to have over the course of summer break. I do not do my work free unfortunatly as I have living expenses although I wish I could because the community is something I pledge to give back something to. Hope this told you a bit about me now let's get on with what you wish to know!
What Jobs can you do which will help my server/company succeed?
- [Applies to all companies] Event Management - I will make sure your customers are ahead of the game bringing them new ideas to the community keeping them in contact with the latest news on the server. Giving unreal ideas to your development teams of event ideas and get plugins made to make the events a No. 1 attraction to the server. [By this I am not talking small drop parties when you reach 10 players].
- [Applies to all companies] Basic Staff/Customer Training - I will make sure your staff are ready to tackle the unexpected. Teaching them how to deal with large situations, such as a hack to the server and how to keep the chat under control, How to work along side the developers to deal with issues on the server that arise.
- [Applies to all companies] Advertising Advice - I am a well linked Ex-Youtuber agent with around 10 youtubers of different sizes, these contacts will be realised if needed (Obviously with confirmation from the person themselves) and we can get to grips with a deal, getting the youtuber down to his/her lowest price. We can also discus new methods of advertising which other companies may have not discovered.
- [Server Related]Basic Configuration - I love to get in game and help setup the server creating new things for the community to do, making it the number one server of it's type.
- [Server Related] New Ideas - I will work along side developers in trying to produce new content for an already standing server. I can help think of new in depth game mode ideas, ways in which to make our server more attracting to the human eye, thinking of better ways to make the website more customer friendly and easier to navigate around when looking for something.
- [Applies to all companies] Staff Recruitment - I will try my best to change your server application so it gets us exactly what we want for the server and make sure the questions fit the characteristics we need on our server. I will read through applications with the person that owns the company or whoever is hiring me
My Ex-Youtuber Career
Well I am an ex-youtuber for a range of large youtubers and this was really one of my best experiences of a life time I enjoyed it for a while but then it get's annoying when you are contacted by people and blamed that the youtubers pricing it terrible. This in fact was where I met@@Software I have done business with him many times and we talk often he is one of the greatest guys you will ever have a chance to meet. Then I created my own company "FindTube" this is a company gifted to what the customer wanted and this is what taught me my customer service and how to treat a customer with satisfaction. This was back in March 2014 although I closed it to revise for exams at the end of term.
Lox Lounge
Some people may have heard of this as Deadlox's new mini game server, I was the Head-Admin of the server back in December and I was so excited, I learn't how to manage staff teams to the best capability and able to communicate with the external support like our hosting partnership and our development team. This taught me a lot and if Lox Lounge never accepted me I wouldn't even be here today.

My Own Server-
I owned my own server, this was good until I spent more than I earn't but it really helped me understand how a server works and the best ways of making a server good and attract the crowds reaching highs of about 40-50 players. This job helped me learn that every thing isn't always a rush and I should do my work to my own ability. This happened in February.
GTM -
Grand Theft Minecart(When it was one of the largest GTAservers) I was helper and decided to leave as one of the owners had a grudge on me and I thought if i didn't leave he would strike at me all the time. I believe I for filled my role and got a long with most of the staff team. This job was one of my best jobs ever the owner and I had so much fun and called on Skype a lot had a lot of banter and this was back in October 2014.
