Project Wonderful? Or Slots?

I'm trying to advertise my Factions server. It's been hard trying to advertise it. If anyone has done the project wonderful bidding thing, it seems kinda cool but l don't know how effective it really is. If you've ever used it comment below. I'm also going to rent a slot for an hour or two. I want to make sure I find a good person to do it though :/​

If I was starting a server that had factions and kitpvp, how big of a youtuber would I need to get a player base of 90-110.
