Put a limit on /pay

Hey, is it possible for me to put a limit on players using /pay? As in, make it so that they can only send a certain amount of money per command?

Probably not essentials. They don't allow for "very" specific configuration but you can probably get an external plugin to do this for you, whether it be Custom or already existing.
