Pvp Classes

I need someone to make me a "PvP Classes" plugin, this plugin is used on the server hcteams.
What it consists off:
-Archer
-Bard
-Diamond
-Miner
-Rogue

Archer: Archers must wear full leather armour, there bow "Archer Tags" players once hit. "Archer Tag" lasts for 7.5 seconds, what it does is gives the player that's been hit 20% more damage.

Bard: Bards must wear full gold armour. The bard can give buffs to his own faction.
Blaze rod: Gives strength 1 for 6s to the bards faction members.
Speed: Gives speed 3 for 6s to the bards faction members.
Iron Ingot: Gives resistance for 6s to the bards faction members.
Wheat: Restores the bards faction members hunger.
Ghast Tear: Gives regen 2 for 6s to the bards faction members.
Feather: Gives jump boost for 6s to the bards faction members.
Magma Cream: Gives fire resistance for 6s to the bards faction members.
Spider Eye: Gives enemy players Wither II for 5s
Brown Mushroom: gives enemy players weakness for 5s.
Red Mushroom: Gives enemy players posion.

Miner: Miners must wear full iron, they will receive haste II and night vision. Once under y20 they will receive invisibility.
