The whole complex itself is irregular shaped due to all the twisting and sizes of the caves and rooms. But I would say around an estimate of 75x80

Man, I am afraid that this map is to small... I usualy make the maps around 300x300+ and this is 75x80 with only one layer (or we can see just one layer, this is only for small playerbase servers...
