PvP kit Cycle plugin!

Looking for a custom plugin that has a Kit Cycle!

What I mean by kit cycle is:
•Every 4 Minutes a different kit is given and replaced with old one. Everyone gets the same kit!.
On the badlion kit where you can place water and lava, The water and lava needs to be made where it doesnt spread, as in like when you place it, it gets picked up by you right after placement, but it needs to work!. Also on place of blocks, it needs to be made where the blocks go away 3 seconds after being placed.

A sidebar that tells you information!

Details:
•Deaths
•Kills
•IGN
•Server Name on top of sidebar
• What rank # you are



/toprank

a command that tells you the top 10 players!





Extra:
•No Fall Damage
•On kill of player, player gets regen II for 4 secs
• On kill of player, Player gets a golden head and an enderpearl
•Weapon and armour upgrades on kills!
•A /save to save your hotbar setup ONLY for Donors!

KITS:

•MCSG
•Iron
•Diamond
•Archer
•Badlion

EVERY KIT SHOULD BE GIVEN A WATER BUCKET!
