What are all the minecraft gamemodes?

Lil Uzi I do mean gametypes, I know most of them but I want to know if anymore has been invented, for example, factions and such. What's all them gametypes?

There's far too many to list, however here's a few:
Factions, Hardcore Factions (HCF), OP Factions, Towny, Clans, Mini Games, Creative, Plot World, Skyblock, Hardcore Skyblock, Skywars, Hardcore Skywars, Survival, Ultra Hardcore Survival (UHC), Prison, OP Prison, Roleplay, Hardcore Roleplay.

These are merely a few to start with.

The basic ones (Factions, Prison, etc), Bending, Towny, Creative, and UHC (Ultra Hard Core). I'll try to think of more.

xD Im factions and roleplay, I dont care about minigames and other stuffs

The most he could copyright is the name and possibly the source code if he really wants to be greedy, anything else is still classified under Mojang's copyright(s).
