Questions Regarding Multiple Accounts

Administrator On the Mc Market rules page, it states the following:

If you're representing a company, you may have a company account and a personal account on the forum but you may not leave false vouches for your company from your personal account.

First off, does this only apply to registered or licensed companies, or to any organization/use that is non-personal. What makes a company account different from a personal account? Does it have to be obvious in the name, or could one create two accounts and claim the other one is for a company.

Also, if your personal account is banned from the forums, are you able to interact with the forums using your company account?

The reason I'm posting this on a forum opposed to a private message is because this could be answered for the community.

It is not registered companies, what it means is you may have an account for your: Build Team, Hosting Company or even Server. You do not have to relate your personal account to your company in any way (we discourage doing so, anyway).

If you are banned on your personal account, your company account may be banned. It depends on what your personal account did to get banned.
