Hello Everyone,

A lot of the old community members may remember me from the past, but a lot of the new may not know me what so ever. So let me start this off by introducing myself!

My name is William, I have a heavy background in the Minecraft Staffing scenery for more than a decade all together, with a break in between. No, I am not coming back to seek for a Managerial Position hand out but to start at the beginning and get a first hand experience of what Managing & Staffing is now in the year of 2023.

I would just like to point out a few things from my personal experience to help you succeed in your future endeavours:

• Your resume needs a lot of refurbishing. It currently looks very messy, unorganised and, in turn, unprofessional.
  • If you need any help with this, my DMs are always open (Jy#0002)
• Your general maturity and professionalism, such as formal writing, etc., on MCM, should be improved somewhat to come across as a professional figure of the community.
