Random Drop Plugin

Hello!

I am looking to buy a plugin:

- When a player is mining, they have a % chance of getting a drop (I want it to run a command, which is customizable, and it runs from a list of commands.

That's basically it. Say they have a 0.1% chance, if it can't be customizable in the config.

Please ask if you need more details, i'm not great at explaining.
