/RankUP Custom Plugin

I recently used ezRankUpLite and personally did NOT like it.. so I am in need of a new plugin:

/rankup help Gives general information.
/rankup add (rank) (rank) Adds a rankup
/rankup delete (rank) (rank) Deletes a rankup

/rankup enable (rank) (rank) Enables a rankup
/rankup addcmd (rank) (rank) (command) Enables a command on rankup
/rankup delcmd (rank) (rank) (command) Disables a command on rankup
/rank info (/r I shortcut) gives current rank, cost of upgrade, current balance, in a scoreboard on screen that lasts for like 15 seconds.



Configurable - e.g. I can edit the colours.. I want it to broadcast in chat when someone ranks up.

Permissions also need to be listed e.g.

rankup.rankup
rankup.help
rankup.info

EzRanks is glitchy with Group manager. FOUND A DEV, PLEASE CLOSE POST.

Works fine for me.
You just dont know how to use it,
and you shouldnt be using groupmanager on prison anyways, prison servers should be done in pex.
