Rankup Plugin - [Finished]

Hello Fellow MCMarket Developers,
I own an OP-Prison server named GalaxyRealms. I am looking for a Custom Plugin. As you probably saw the title, you will know that this plugin will be a Rank-Up plugin. I will not release a lot of information about the plugin due to people liking to copy the plugin ideas, but if you are a developer feel free to private message me and I will send you the link for the Google docs that will tell you every detail of the plugin. For the price... I don't know what that should be yet. I will decide depending on how much work and effort and I guess how good the plugin is. Yes, I know there are Rank-up Plugins out there already but i need one that will fit my server's style.
