Rare Items Plugin // Prevents players from accidentally dropping items

I have a plugin that was made for my server a while back. I no longer need it.
When a player drops a certain item that you configure, it gives them x amount of time to pick it up before anyone is allowed to pick it up.

I've seen too many copies of this plugin already.

Not of this one. Havent gave it out. If there is a public plugin that does this I wont sell it. I cant find one that does this though
