My server has about 3 players online including me I just can't get more but I don't know why..
I already posted it on PMC, MCSL, .org etc what am I doing wrong? the ip is Play.mcblackcraft.net

You won't just get more players if just add it to the voting sites your players and you need to vote for the server so it will move up in the ranks on the voting site, and it can also help if you post it on minecraftforum it have been known to help get more players, but for most server they pay a place/slot at at voting site to get 30+ more players. And paying a youtuber is also a big + to get more players.

Useful tips for getting a larger player-base:

Pay Youtuber(s) to make a video, or a series on your server.

Pay Twitch.tv streamers, You'll get players because people watching there stream will want to play with them

Advertising on sites, This can cost a lot of money, but will increase your players base depending on server type, original or not ect.

These are just the very basic things.

You could consider adding more game modes other than free build I think more players would come and stay on the sever.
