Recording Issue (Please Help)

So i recently purchased a new monitor a 23" ASUS VX238H Ultra Fast Full HD 1ms Gaming Monitor, before that i had an old 19" small tv thing that was shit, and i would get 500 fps in game and when i started to record (w/ Action) it would drop to like 400/300 so that was fine.

But now i have my new monitor i get the same fps but i try to record and my fps just drops to a shitty 60-80 and keeps freezing up and shit.

Hmm, maybe try to use OBS and see if the problem still occurs.
