Hello, I own the server, Exterva. We recently rented out a slot which did very well, and I was impressed. We are now looking for a server manager who can work outside of the server to find us YouTubers, Slots, Plugins, Developers, etc. We are a farely new server, but in that time we have done very successful, and I need someone who can help us keep going! Why should I choose you: I am extremely experienced with Minecraft server management, I have run and developed countless servers in the past and most were successful. I am currently looking for a project to devote my spare time too and I am glad I fell upon this thread because I am extremely interested.

Previous experience: As I said above I have worked on and for many servers in the past. I can give specifics in private but would prefer not to list it all on these forums. As far as my experience goes I am not short of it, I can handle anything from a 10 player average to something along the lines as 100 players I am completely flexible.

Why should I choose you:
I can treat people the RIGHT way (Not saying staff don't), Be nice to others, Teach and even have to learn myself. I can help the server get popular by uploading youtube video's on it and more. I can revise the rules to new players, Hopefully teach them to not make big mistakes and to not get in trouble and hopefully be very mature and come out as a staff. But if their not-good, I'll make sure I try my best to teach them the best I can. It should be easy due to my experience as staff on other faction servers and way other servers. If new players come and actually later on get staff, I can take any responsibility to train them, Teach them, Help them or Assist them

It's not just for staff. For anyone that need assistance or help, I'll be the guy that helps them. Thinking of cheating and not cheating for normal players, I can teach normal players not to ask for money or things, But if they'd like say a beacon, Someone could auction it and they could buy it or someone could lend one to them. I can take responsibility for any DDOS/Dox attacks, And I could maybe punish players that constantly break rules. I know what punishments for each things like DDOS Thread = Ban/tempban etc. But if this server has customary punishments placed onto players, I can obey them and use them if needed.
