Hey guys. If you don't already know, my name is cor_bear. You probably don't care because you clicked on this post for recruitment. So let's get to it shall we...

TheCluster will have a wide variety of servers along with a variety of youtube recorders. TheCluster will be sponsoring two youtubers of which have about 700-1k subs each, and bring about 20-30 Players. We are currently looking for more youtube recorders to bring in players as well if this interests you.

Let's get to the positions:

Event Coordinator:
= Level of difficulty: Medium
= Responsibilities are as followed:
+ Be in charge of giveaways every now and then
+ Plan competitions and tournaments
+ Think about persuading posts for TheCluster's Social Media
+ Think of new ideas and ways to make the server more enjoyable

Staff Recruit Management: Filled
= Level of difficulty: High
= Responsibilities are as followed:
+ In charge of recruiting and interviewing all applicants
+ Must be communicative with myself
+ Must provide feedback, possible modifications,etc to staff applicants if needed.

Game Designer: (Multiple)
= Level of difficulty: Low-Medium
= Responsibilities are as followed:
+ Providing sketches with the Game Creator
+ Helping plan features by being creative adding in your own features
+ Working well with the Game Creator
Game Creator: (Multiple)
= Level of difficulty:Low
= Responsibilities are as followed:
+ Providing new ideas and content
+ Working without deadlines, but may be called upon for updates
+ Works with the game designer in order to get the final project
Community Manager:
= Level of difficulty: High
= Responsibilities are as followed:
+ Managing the community forums
+ Managing the actual player community
+ Works with staff to keep the community running smooth and well
+ Makes sure community is satisfied and works with the Event Coordinator

Age: 13, however what I may lack in age a make up for in maturity.
Why you deserve this position+Why you want it:
I'd love to fill this position as I have a fresh mind and can think of many ideas that I've always wanted to get off the ground. I am a creative young individual who has a bubbly, friendly personality, however I am also very mature, which is what most other applicants may lack. I also love to draw, and let's be honest - while the sketches I will have to provide for the position won't be exactly high-quality and amazingly professional, I am still able to get the job done with 100% efficiency and dedication.
