About​

RedstoneMC is a realistic survival server which is in early development. We have a diseases System with a immunity System, cures, vaccines and many more. We plan to work with the plugin GriefPrevention. Soon we will have a forum but I currently don't know which. Negan is the co-owner

What ranks are we looking for?

• Helper
• Moderator
• Administrator
• Staff manager

Requirements
- age: 13+
- previous experience
- mature behavior
- spend 1-2 hours per day on the server
- spend 2-3 hours per day on the forum


Explanation of the ranks

Helper​

Helper is the lowest staff rank of the team. In this rank you are in training. You keep the chat clean, you try help everyone, and you punish rule breakers. Usually you're helper for two weeks(trial period) than you will be promoted to mod or demoted.

Your permissions:
- you can tempban rule-breakers(you need edvidence and contact a higher staff member)
- you can tempmute players(you need edvidence and contact a higher staff member)
- you can handle player reports(with perms of higher staff)
- You can monitor discord(but not ban etc)

Moderator​

You're a more experienced staff member and knows how most things in the server works. You can do most think without asking and you will get many questions.

Your perms:
- all helper perms
- you can permanently ban players (still edvidence required)
- you can permanently mute(with edvidence)
- you can ban from discord(edvidence)
- you can ban, delete, lock and warn on the forums
- you can create announcements(with perms of higher staff)
- you may join the helper train team
- review player reports, ban appeals, purchase issues, suggestions etc.

Administration team​

This is the highest tier of the staff team. You have Kanye experience with the server and you will make very important decisions and you will fix bugs and add features. You will manage the staff team and will handle the abuse report.

Your perms:
- all helper and moderator perms(you still need edvidence)
- create announcements without asking
- Edit the discord server
- ftp access
- control panel access
- review staff abuse report
- add suggestions and other features
- fix bugs
- edit the rules
- join mod train team
- add staff members to their group on server, forums and discord
And many more

Staff manager​

You will manage the staff team, train them, promote them, demote them and manage the recruiters team. You have the most experience with the staff

Your perms:
- all mod permissions
- review staff applications
- demote and promote staff
- add new staff
- add staff to their group
- train the staff

Previous experience: Yes I have been an admin on a few servers in the past.
I also owned a server until is got hacked. I had no money to keep it running anymore.
I have expecience with Cpanel and server management.

Why do we need to choose you?: I don't really like this question to be honest, because it's not my task to decide whether I deserved to be an admin or not. but to list some reasons of why I do deserve it: I am able to help players in nearly every situation out, When explaining things to newer players, I do take care that the explanation is held as easy and as short as possible. Im very mature, and dont act foolish. I am an example, and I cant break rules and be rude to other people as they may see me doing it, and think it is okay for them to do it as well.

How will you benefit our staff team?: My main reason for applying is that I am confident I would make a great addition to the server. Im reliable and always will be there when needed, and Im motivated and love doing what I do.
