So no idea why this doesn't already exist because I keep seeing people with ads, pinned threads, etc. which is clearly still advertising their service but they're banned for scamming, ban evading or something else and personally I see it as just a waste of time for those with pending ads due to slot availability not to mention could lead to more people being scammed by seeing pinned threads from banned users.

How is this a not a thing? To add on to this, we should also weekly, purge all threads (not posts) made by banned users, pinned or not.

So if someone pays Google to get an ad placed, and their account gets suspended Google has to place the ad because they're paid for it.
Just because a user is banned it does not mean the user has not paid for the advertising and hence MCM is held liable to place them in their desired position.

An only solution would be refunding the party and remove their ad, but this may only cause MCM to go bankrupt.

Why? Just add a clause that allows MCM to remove their AD if they break the ToS. As simple as that. Add it as a tik-box just stay on the safe side. Problem solved

It's basically scamming towards the user from MCMarket say a famous user let's use Dann he buys alot of ads he gets banned for warning points how is it fair to take away his advertisement he paid with his hard earned cash. How is it fair?

They bought the ads, their sticky or whatever will get removed in the future cause they can't extend. If they accepted this then it's like scamming the user.

I don't think that it is. We only sell stickies in our marketplace categories, and if you're banned you shouldn't be allowed to continue promoting your services, especially if you're banned for scamming for example. Usually these threads naturally sink down through the pages as people bump their own things, but sticky threads prevent this.

We already do trash threads if the user who created the ad is banned. We do this manually for now but in our migration to XF2 we hope to automate it.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
