Remove Banned Users From Notable Members

On that list, there are 5 Perm banned users,
Jurhed
Ew
Skill
Nighterblde
Lethal
They should not remain there, and should be removed, this would allow 5 current members to be put up there.
New members may even see that page, and may add them on skype or something, thinking they are trustworthy.

"Banned member" = trustworthy?
You can't even visit banned members' profile page.
How a user would manage to get their Skype is beyond me.

Still, I do agree that they should be removed.
If only for the fact that they bring a bad image to MCM.
Having some of the most notable, well known members be banned and on display... Says something negative about our community.
Something I would rather not be labeled with.

This seems to have been done for the "Most messages" section... (Skill isn't at the top)
But for some reason it hasn't been done for the others, such as the ratings section.

My OCD doesn't like.
