"The staff member was a very helpful user and was very nice when I was having issues. | He had assisted me with my Business Account | He had unblocked a word for me so I can change my business account name" or "User is a childish, incompetent powerhungry example of why you shouldn't allocate power to people with an okay-looking profile. | User has been unable to properly justify their punishment against the silenced party, even while other longstanding members of the community all disagreed on their punishment, this user acts not in the interest of the market's users, but the interests of themselves. ") should be removed.

Staff want less scams? Make reputation worth something instead of allowing friends to circlejerk each other's reps and mislead people into believing someone is trustworthy.

Reputation is a measure of how reputable you are, not something based on your personality.

Relevance

One thing that will always be true of our reputation system is that submitted feedback on our platform needs to be relevant to our community.
An example of irrelevant feedback would be one of the following:

User doesn’t use energy saving lightbulbs and uses k-cups for their coffee.
User only showers once every week. That’s really gross.
User donated to a charity. They’re an awful person.

While the environment and hygiene are extremely important, they have no purpose as feedback on a marketplace platform where our community is mostly looking to interact with a user for online related business transactions. Keep the details relevant to the community who will be making use of your feedback or it will have no value and thus be in violation of our rules.

The last example, “User donated to a charity. They’re an awful person” provides an opinion which does not logically follow the basis, and thus has no value to our community.
Opinions about a basis are only relevant to others when their derivation are generally understood to be justified.
If your review does not follow the general flow of logic, it is irrelevant and in violation of our rules.

What does an opinion have to do with being reputable? I can say "I did a deal with this user" and provide no filler like "they are a good user to deal with" and lose nothing.

I also updated one of my examples with a rep I found on your profile so it should make things clearer.
