THIS RULE IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF SHIT, so much people exit scam and get SPAM negged the fuck out of which they deserve, however this shitty rule lets them continue an exit scam and doesn't allow the community to band together to indicate some piece of shit scamming.

If someone "scams" but in reality just didn't pay on-time or was offline, they can get spam repped. It really helps you drive your point and it gets people on your side when you're toxic as all hell to everyone replying with their opinion on the matter.

But for the same reason everyone else has stated, this seems like a change that would bring a lot more negatives in general than positives. I can understand the frustration but I can't see how it's worth changing, only those that have been scammed or had suspicious experiences with the specific person should be the ones accusing or leaving reputation about it, no one else holds relevancy.

In the form of a marketplace, scenarios should purely be GUILTY until proven innocent, its common sense that people will remove negs if you ask them provided evidence and closed scam reports.

We're a system based off of being innocent until proven guilty. If you've had a negative experience with a user then leave a reputation to reflect that, but we're never going to allow people to gang-rep others because they think they might be scamming.
