[Request] Looking for a Developer - Team StreamLink Media Earth SMP (Volunteer)

Upfront: this is volunteer, not paid. Saying it first so nobody wastes their time.

The Project​

Team StreamLink Media (TSL) is an established gaming/content creator community. We already run DayZ and Rust servers, and we have an active Discord with players actually in it.
TSL Earth SMP is our Minecraft project. 1:500 scale Earth map, nations and territory, roleplay focused, full Java and Bedrock crossplay. The map is built, the server is up, and we have people waiting to play it.
This isn't a "me and my friend have an idea" server. It's a real launch with an audience already attached.

What We Need​

Someone to help us get it across the line and keep it running well. Nothing exotic:

• Plugin setup and configuration (Purpur stack, ~18 plugins)
• Permissions (LuckPerms)
• General troubleshooting when things break
• Helping us make sure Bedrock players get a proper experience, not a broken one

If you've run a Purpur server before and know your way around a config file, you're probably fine for this. We're not looking for a wizard, we're looking for someone reliable who wants to help build something.

What You Get​

• A real server with real players, not a portfolio project nobody sees
• A defined role in TSL and credit for the work
• We do this properly. Volunteers get a written agreement and a clear scope. We already have a volunteer dev working this way.
• Tell us what you can give and we'll scope to it. We're not going to bury you.
