[REQUEST] Looking for Someone to Create a Simple Chat Plugin (FREE)

Hello,
I’m looking for someone who can create a basic custom chat plugin for my Factions server, not a paid job - just looking for someone willing to help out.
Most public chat plugins don’t support what I need, especially the %rel% placeholder on Minecraft 1.21.4, so I need a custom solution.

What the plugin needs to support:​

• Custom chat formatting
• %rel% placeholder support → %rel_factionsuuid_relation_color%%factionsuuid_faction_name%
• Placeholders used in this order: {faction} {rank} {player} {message} {deluxetags}
• DeluxeTags support
• FactionsUUID/SaberF support
• LuckPerms prefix/suffix
• Local chat (proximity)
• Faction chat
• Staff chat
• Async PlaceholderAPI support
• Fully configurable formats
