Today myself and an associate have spent some time creating a site which allows users to submit their custom plugin requests, as apposed to having them submit them on this thread for the public to view.
If you wish to request a custom plugin free of charge from myself, then please do so at http://minecraftservices.net , it is important that you specify the correct MC-Market username, this is because MC-Market will be used as the primary form of communication between myself and the requester.
