Requesting a Boosting Website (CSGO/League)

Hello guys, I'm looking for a developer who can develop a properly functioning boosting site. This includes the following:

• Logins and registers
• Member areas (To check current boost) Need to consist of functionalities like chatting with booster, match histories, pausing and continuing boost, feedbacks and cancel boost.
• Boosting applications
• Boosting request (With working price calculations etc)

I'm also looking for boosters league of legends boosters from NA and EU/EUW.
Price budget ATM = $550.00 USD

Designing the site is also one thing, I'm after a minimalistic look.
