Requesting A Custom Permissions Plugin, will pay $30 (to the one we choose)

Hey so, EnderPro Prison needs a custom permissions *plugin*. I am willing to pay $30 (USD) for a good plugin that fits our needs. I don't want a custom groups.yml, I want a *plugin*. You will get the Dev rank, if we choose you. If you tell me about a plugin that will work like I want it to (and I decide that it's good enough), you will get $2.50 (USD)!

Needs:​

1. It has to be able to have it so someone could donate, still have there current rank, be able to rank-up, and have all their prefixes in chat. (EX for chat: [DonationNameHere]<Player'sName>[PrisonRank]: then when they rank up [DonationNameHere]<Player'sName [PrisonRankAbovePreviousRank]: )
   
2. The ranks player ranks must be A-Z and free
3. The staff ranks would be Helper, Builder, Moderator, Admin, Head-Admin, Dev, Head-Dev, Owner
4. ALL submissions must have a video with them
5. I must be able to edit all the prefixes and commands

I hope that these are acceptable needs.

You can use essentials and essentiasgroupmanager. You can also make it so it's [Prison Rank] [Donation Rank] Username.
