Requesting a developer for a Minecraft Spambot

to be edited to my likings:
The bot will log into a server and scan tab for certain staff ranks. If no staff ranks are online, it will then proceed to walk 3 blocks forward. After it walks 3 blocks forward, it then starts to private message everyone (whos on at that moment). If a new player joins while it's private messaging, the bot will not msg that player. The bot will also ignore any donator that is currently online. After the bot is done with the server, it relogs back into it. If the bot logs in and sees that there are staff online, it proceeds to relog again.

Some more details:
Messages.txt
The bot will use this file the PM players online. If there are 2 lines in this file, the bot will say both messages to the player before switching to the next.

Customizable seconds inbetween each message. This will be measures in milliseconds.

I need this ASAP so if anyone is willing to get this done, and done the right way, I will be willing to pay more money for it. Also, if you see that you cannot edit darkbot, but u can edit another bot, im willing to change bots.
