[Requesting] A Manager (Of my Freelance Work)

Hi there,
I have been within the building industry at MC-Market for a while now. I have been part of build teams, projects, and likewise. However recently I have opened up my own Freelance Company which has exploded with popularity. I had 6 projects commissioned to me in the first few days (3 vouch copies, 3 paid commissions) in which, as of me posting this now, I have only completed 2.

I have this recurring problem I face in which I find it difficult to both build for & manage my clients at the same time. My attempt at being organised is a good, but non-rewarding effort, and so I have come to the conclusion that I am need of a Manager.

What I Have To Offer
Despite my experience in this field of work, and my detailed portfolio (found in my signature), I can also offer the following things.

• Almost guaranteed constant commissions (which is why I need you to be at least semi-dedicated.)
• 10% of every commission you carry out.
• Fast, responsive building.
  • For example, I can finish a 75x75 in less than a day if needed.
• A mature, level-headed mindset.

Details About The Job
I am hoping to find a Manager that is dedicated (or semi-dedicated [meaning they manage only one-two other non-build-related businesses at most]) to my commissions.

This Manager role would be carrying out the following duties:

• Interacting with clients.
  • This would be including maintaining all contact with the client.
  • If the client has a problem and/or suggestion etc. you are to report back to me.
• Monitoring my thread status
  • This means, anyone who replies to my thread, you must make sure to contact.
• Act as a financial adviser as I see fit.
  • If required, you may consult me on any financial situations related to my freelance work.

You must meet the following minimum qualifications/requirements

• You must be of 16 years of age or older.
  • Despite my age, 14, I require an older Manager as they are required to interact with clients in a mature, calm way.
• You must have no prior negative comments I can find on your profile (unless you have significantly more positive comments. I will be the judge)
• You must be well-known within the community. I.e Plenty of ratings for me to see.
• You must have experience in this field of work - Managing.
• You must be available to contact through Skype.
