Requesting builder to fix up spawn

Hello!

Today I come looking for a builder not to build a spawn, but to fix one up.

I feel that the spawn is very well done, but it does need some work. There is lots of open space, which I think can be filled. The flooring is ugly, and I think that should be fixed (maybe even the whole theme of the spawn). I am in need of information boards, and I want the mob farm to be taken out and turned into something else. I also need the shop redone, possibly into a building rather than outside.
