Requesting Developer: Advanced KitPvP Plugin

Hello MC-Market!

I'm looking for a developer that could make a plugin that has KitPvP with teams and also this plugin would have is multiple kits that you could upgrade. An example is below.

Archer I: 1 arrow, 1 bow (cost: $1)
Archer II: 5 arrows, 1 bow, 1 cake (cost: $100)
Archer II: 64 arrows, 1 bow, 5 cake (cost: $500)

This is just an example. There would be many kits that are upgradable. That sums up how the kits would work.
