Requesting Developer For Small Plugin

Hello. I am requesting a Developer to make a small plugin.
I would like a few commands made into one.

/fly (Toggle fly on and off) - fly.use
/vanish (Vanish a player) - vanish.use
/tp (Teleport with player) - tp.use
/message (Message player) - message.use
/block (Block a player from having contact with them, messages and chat) - block.use
/unblock (Unblock a blocked player) - unblock.use
/blocked (View who you have blocked) - blocked.use
Anti player AFK. - antiafk.use (Can bypass) Without this permission, they can be kicked.
I would like all messages configurable and configurable time for the anti afk.

Price to be negotiated.
