Hello BuiltByBit community,

My name is KwSRaptor, and I am the owner of an actively developing Minecraft server currently running on 32GB of RAM, with concrete plans to scale up to 232GB of RAM as the project grows. I’m looking to expand our team with passionate and motivated individuals who are interested in helping build something long-term and meaningful.

What I’m Looking For​

I’m primarily seeking a volunteer Minecraft developer who is interested in collaborating on the creation of a Survival-based gamemode. The goal is to develop custom plugins and features that enhance gameplay, improve player retention, and help shape a unique and engaging community-driven server.

This is an opportunity for someone who:

• Enjoys creating custom plugins and systems
• Wants creative freedom and input on server direction
• Is interested in growing alongside a server from an early stage
• Values collaboration and long-term development

Compensation & Growth​

While this role begins as a volunteer position, I am fully open to revenue sharing. If and when the server generates income through its web store or other monetization methods, I am willing to fairly distribute a portion of the earnings to contributors who play a significant role in development and success.

As the server scales its infrastructure and player base, there will also be opportunities for:

• Paid roles in the future
• Increased responsibility or leadership positions
• Long-term partnership if things work out well
