To begin with, the Dev team has very strict guidelines and coding syntax. The dev team is also taking any coders/web developers. You do not have to give anything to join the team! It is free to join as long as you are accepted.

How it works
Once you join the Dev team, the overall job is simple. You will received work every time you are idle. You will NOT be in contact with the clients. When you received a job from us, you will receive a whole document on what the code should do and the payment. Jobs will automatically be forwarded to you once you are idle. The jobs will be monitored on your coding progress via Git. You will need to know how to use Git (If you do not know how to use Git, you will be taught). Once the job is complete and the client is happy you will receive your payment via Paypal.

Payment
You will received 90% of the overall payment of the project. The rest goes to supporting the Dev team servers and the people that are finding/found the job for you.

How do I join?
To join, please PM me via McMarkets with this information:
  • Your username:
  • How long have you been coding:
  • What languages do you know:
  • How can you benefit our Dev team:
  • What is your time zone:
  • Ways of contacting you:
  • Any questions for us?:

Please PM me for any questions or comments.

If you weren't taking such a huge cut of the payment, I'd consider doing this. 25%? Fuck that, I'd rather go find freelance work myself. If you wanted 10% I'd think about it lol.

That's what I meant. You are taking a percentage for the team and if you go 5% you can't really support it. I personally think 10% is good. Good luck with your team.
Thank you. I already have fairly large jobs lined up. Over $1000 per job. Just waiting on actual people.

5% can't really support a team..
It can. The op says 1k projects are ready, with five percent the op/owner will get 50 or so dollars, thats alot of money to support the company by paying for domain builds, servers, etc. Otherwise thats 100 dollars that your giving up. I've managed a company before and 95% works out if you know how to work everything out. Good luck anyways to the op
